Welcome to the Central Coast of California! Since 1980 I have been lucky enough to call this beautiful area home and I would be happy to share it with you. 

In addition to Real Estate, my husband and I run a small "urban" truck farm of 30 acres which includes a Farm Stand open to the public.I am a member of Black Bear Riders, a group of horse people that support Friends of Lopez Lake, helping to maintain riding and hiking trails at the County Park east of Arroyo Grande. Our farm supported two local high school boys in purchasing an old, 1947, Cub Tractor which they totally rebuilt to enter into the County Fair.

I love the small town atmosphere of Arroyo Grande where Harvest Festival and Christmas in the Village are still important to the community.  The ability to always run into someone you know is something very special to all of South (San Luis Obispo) County.  The "Welcome" will be there for you!
